SHIPPING POLICY
This policy applies to Veloria Moda and is intended to provide a clear understanding of our shipping procedures. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
• Shipping Costs: Free express shipping within Poland and the United Kingdom.
• Processing Time: 1–3 business days for quality control
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after processing
SHIPPING DETAILS
We currently ship exclusively within Poland and the United Kingdom. Every order is shipped via express delivery, ensuring a fast, secure, and fully insured delivery experience. From the moment your order is placed until it arrives at your doorstep, delivery usually takes between 8 and 13 business days.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. If this happens, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.
To report an issue, email info@veloria-moda.com including:
• Your order number
• Details of the issue
• Photos of the damage or incorrect item
We will promptly work to provide a suitable solution.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.
Once order processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.
DELAYED ORDERS
During periods of high demand (such as holiday seasons), deliveries may be delayed. If your order has not arrived within an additional three business days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
ORDER PROCESSING AND CUT-OFF TIME
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT +1) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
FAILED DELIVERY OR INCORRECT ADDRESS
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided during checkout:
• We may arrange re-delivery once the package has been returned to our warehouse and the correct address has been confirmed, or
• Offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill, depending on the condition of the returned products
If the returned products are not in their original condition, a reduction in value may be applied.
