REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: the return address will be provided once you contact our customer support team.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. We will cover the cost if the product was damaged during transportation.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
Customers are responsible for:
• All return shipping costs
• Choosing a shipping carrier that handles customs clearance
• Paying any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees
• Correctly completing customs documentation
Veloria Moda is not responsible for delayed, rejected, or lost return shipments caused by customs issues or incorrectly selected shipping methods.
